Introduction

Oh, hi! Hello there. You're probably new here. The thing is, I'm not. I've done this before, and here's how it's gone in the past:

-Get motivated, or find some slight semblance of motivation.
-Start blog/healthier lifestyle/workout regimen/what have you.
-Have a bit of success.
-Get tired. Or bored. Or scared. Or all of the above.
-Give up. Gain the weight back. And then some.

I am hoping, praying that this time, that cycle ends. It has to end. Simply put, I can't live like this forever - and I shouldn't want to.

With all that being said, welcome to my little corner of the internet. Settle in, because I hope this lasts a very, very long time!
